We are looking for Engineer Controls

Job Location: Pune, Delhi & Chennai

Interview Mode: F2F only

Mandatary Skills: Experience in PLC, HMI Programming, Software: Siemens, Mitsubishi is must

JD:

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• 2 to 8 years of experience as a Engineer-Controls.

• Should have knowledge of PLC programming.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Meticulous, team player and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of project requirements and controls Architecture.

2. Detailed hardware design by selection of various automation components 3. Execute Design Detailing (Electrical EPLAN Wiring Diagrams, Panel Layout, BOM release, Specification Sheet release and Documentation).

4. Designing & Coding the required PLC & HMI program(Conforming to the Company Standards)

5. Integration of controls system with machine.

6. Proving the Application - including System Integration Components & Subsystems, Customer Equipment Interface

7. Machine testing & installation at site

8. Onsite service support

9. PLC interfacing with third party devices, with other PLCs and HMIs.

10. All other activities which are required for operation of controls department & company.

11. New product search and check feasibility to use.

12. Cost reduction
