Chemist (Inks Industry)

Experience : 2 Years

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or equivalent

Key Skill : 1. UV Ink Quality Control & Testing

Monitor and ensure product quality through regular testing

Conduct quality checks on UV-curable inks.

Operate and calibrate UV testing equipment such as spectrophotometers, gloss meters, and curing lamps

Ensure batch consistency and compliance with customer specifications

Test incoming raw materials for UV ink formulations

Perform stability and shelf-life studies on finished products and maintain technical documentation.

Maintain accurate records and perform quality checks to meet production standards

2. Process Monitoring & Troubleshooting

Support production teams by monitoring ink performance during manufacturing

Identify and resolve quality deviations or formulation issues

Collaborate with R&D for continuous improvement initiatives

3.Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to safety with all regulatory standards

Maintain lab hygiene and follow EHS protocols during handling of UV-reactive chemicals

Maintain accurate logs / Documents as per compliance.

Assist in internal audits and customer investigations
