Head – Human Resources (HR Head)

Experience: Min 15 Years

CTC : Up to 32 LPA

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership: Drive HR strategy aligned with business objectives to foster growth and employee engagement.

Policy Development: Formulate, review, and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance frameworks.

Payroll & Compliance: Streamline payroll processes, ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).

Industrial Relations (IR): Maintain healthy relations with unions, handle labor law compliances, and manage negotiations effectively.

Performance Management: Design and implement robust PMS systems to drive accountability and growth.

Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

HRMS & Digital Transformation: Implement and manage HRMS tools for automation, efficiency, and analytics-driven decision-making.

Employee Engagement: Design employee welfare programs, engagement initiatives, and grievance redressal mechanisms.

Training & Development: Drive capability-building initiatives across all levels of the organization.

Organization Development: Support organizational restructuring, culture building, and change management initiatives.

Strong experience in Corporate HR & IR with exposure to large employee bases (3000+).

Proven expertise in policy making, payroll management, HRMS tools, and compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
