AVP - HR/IR

Experience : 20 Years

CTC : Up to 75 LPA

Qualification : MBA in HR, MHRM, or MSW with an HR Specialization is required.

Key Skills : Idustrial Relations (IR)
Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies in compliance with labor laws, trade union agreements, and company policies. 

Manage and resolve workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters while ensuring transparent communication between management and employees. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions and oversee labor contract negotiations to ensure smooth implementation.

Employee Welfare & Well-Being
Design and implement employee welfare programs that include health benefits, safety measures, and work-life balance initiatives. 

Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to address concerns and enhance overall morale.

Compliance & Documentation
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, industrial safety standards, and environmental regulations. 

Maintain accurate records of employee issues, actions taken, and other HR-related documentation.

Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present regular HR and IR reports to management, offering insights into employee performance, attendance, and turnover trends. 

Analyze workforce patterns and recommend strategies to enhance industrial relations and HR policies.

Collaboration
Work closely with HR leadership and department heads to align HR policies with organizational objectives. 

Partner with the training and development team to address workforce skill gaps and implement customized development programs.
