Safety Head - Steel Plant

Experience: 14 Years

Qualification: B.Tech (FT) + Any Safety Diploma

Key Skill : 1. Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, and review of the Company HSE Systems.

2. Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provides for their updating in line with changes in Legislation.

3. Implementation of Standard based Safety & Health System like Permit to Work, LOTO, Work at height, confined space and machine guarding, etc.

4. Implementation of continuation of ISO-45001(2018) & ISO-14001 (2015)

5. Survey, visits, and inspections towards achieving Zero Fatal & reportable incidents.

6. Training on Safety Standards, Safety Procedures, and Methods.

7. Facilitate reporting of Near misses and investigation of safety deviations/incidents/ dangerous occurrences and fire incidents.

8. Safety knowledge w.r.t. hazards related to machines, electrical, material handling, cranes, process, mobile equipment, chemical, and engineering hazards.
