Sr. Manager (Head) - Industrial Relations
 

Experience: 15 - 20 Years
 

Qualification: MSW / MBA in HR / LLB
 

Location: Indore
 

Major Manufacturing Group
 

KRA - Industrial Relations, Union handling, Liaisoning with Govt & private agencies, Statutory Compliances, IR & ER activities. Employee Engagement.
 

Roles & Responsibilities:- 
 

Overall Industrial Relations, Legal, Liasoning and Administration.
 

Employer Grievance Handling, Disciplinary Actions.
 

Deal with multiple trade unions for productivity, rationalization of manpower, maintained discipline in the plant, attending court cases, Handled Industrial Relation function in unionized organizations.
 

Handle Process of multiple Long-Term Settlement and its implementation.
 

Process domestic inquiry and act as per the inquiry report.
 

Attending Labor Courts, Tribunal and conciliation proceedings and assisting the legal department in various legal cases.
 

Public Relations including liasoning with various Government Authorities, & Statutory Compliance.
 

Ensuring various compliances related to contract labor i. e. Registration of Contractors, Contractor License, Annual Return, Wages Payment, Various Registers, and EPF Contribution etc.
 

Candidate- MSW/ MBA HR /LLB with 15-20 yrs. of experience in reputed companies, handling 2000 plus manpower.
 

Strong Union handling experience, settlements, Negotiations.
 

Good experience and Knowledge of legal function, various industrial laws and attending court cases.
 

Good communication, Strong in leadership quality, Team handling.
