Senior HR - Executive

Experience: 5 – 8 Years 

Qualification: MBA in HR / MSW

Key Skills : Independently manage payroll, attendance, and insurance for outsourced staff.

Monitor and ensure compliance with minimum wages, labour laws, and the latest statutory amendments.

Handle all aspects of statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.

Plan and implement employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (hire to retire) using KEKA HRMS, including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, appraisals, and separations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, generate MIS reports, and support HR audits.

Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for seamless workforce operations.

Experience in Human Resources, preferably in the seed industry

Strong knowledge of labour laws, minimum wages, and compliance frameworks

Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS and complete familiarity with the employee lifecycle

Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (spoken and written)

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned functions
