Location: Sriperumbudur, Chennai - Tamil Nadu

Job Description:

1. Arranging vehicles bases on dispatch plan & ensure 100% dispatch plan adherence

2 Verifies the stock in warehouse against book stock list by physical inspection to confirm the accuracy of inventory

3 Weekly/Monthly Physical verification of the stocks

4 5S - Monitors and tracking cleaning and environment condition of storage facility

5 Dealing with laborers and transporters regularly for transportation of materials

6 Monitoring & measuring transporter’s performance

7 Ensure proper space utilization while stacking of material

8 Accountable for the process related to generation of documents like invoice (from SAP), waybill, Gate pass and verifies them (as per the company and customer requirement) and timely release of loaded vehicles

9 Ensure timely arrangement of the local and outstation transportation

10 Instructs and guides the manpower base on SOPs to ensure the completion of activities related to material handling in finished goods and timely dispatch.

11 Zero loss workday case and ensure targeted nos and unsafe condition reporting

12 Weekly/Monthly Physical verification of the stocks.
