Site Head- Project Mechanical- Steel Industry

Experience: Min 10 Years

CTC: Negotiable

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage mechanical maintenance operations in the Iron Making division.

Ensure compliance with du Pont safety systems, promoting a culture of safety and risk mitigation.

Supervise and motivate a large site team consisting of 400–500 employees, ensuring operational excellence and team alignment with organizational goals.

Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary interface with Tata Steel, ensuring service satisfaction and contract adherence.

Collaborate with HR and Admin departments for effective resource planning, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes.

Exhibit techno-commercial acumen to balance technical operations with cost-effective decision-making.

Hand on experience of Mechanical Maintenance within the steel industry in Iron making

Exposure to work in du Pont safety systems
Experience of leading a site team of 400 to 500 employees

Good understanding of HR & Admin function
Exposure to handle client interface
Should have techno commercial skill
