Skill: Minimum 8 Years as an HR Generalist/ similar HR role.
 

Salary - As per industry 
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

1) Manager the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
 

2) Manage & oversee the preparation, processing & disbursement of all payrolls.
 

3) Ensure all payroll activities comply with local, state and federal regulations.
 

4) Mediate & resolve employee issues & grievances.
