Qualification :  MBA in HR 

Key Skills: Manpower planning, receiving manpower requisition, assessing manpower needs, preparing JD, with concern Department Heads.

Handling Recruitment - Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, interviewed and Reference Checks.

Ensuring All legal compliance in relation to HR & Admin like statutory compliance, labour welfare fund.
