Manager- Human Resources

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, staff development, performance management, and employee relations.

Ensure HR practices are in alignment with the business goals and adhere to legal standards.

Be a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insightful HR solutions.

Manage HR operations for a diverse and growing team.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the IT industry.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment.

Proven track record in managing HR functions in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional Communication Skills.
