Qualification: Graduate / Diploma

Key Skill: Sales coordination, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), documentation management, customer follow-up, office administration

Responsibility: Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices, coordinate with production/dispatch/accounts, maintain sales records & MIS reports, handle office administration and documentation, follow up with customers for orders and payments
