Production Head – Chlor-Alkali Plant

Experience: 15–20 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Key Skill: Chlor-Alkali Plant Operations, Process Optimization, Production Planning, Team Leadership, Safety & Quality Compliance

Responsibility:Lead and oversee the operation and maintenance of the Chlor-Alkali Plant (minimum 100 TPD capacity).

Develop and execute production plans, monitor plant performance metrics, and ensure process efficiency.

Implement process improvement initiatives to optimize production, reduce costs, and enhance safety and quality.

Ensure adherence to statutory, environmental, and ISO compliance standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations for seamless plant operations.

Supervise, guide, and mentor technical teams, fostering accountability, teamwork, and skill development.

Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and operational cost control measures.

Analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Conduct regular audits, reviews, and inspections to maintain plant safety and quality standards.
