Production Manager – Injection/Blow Molding

Experience: 10+ Years

CTC/Salary: Up to USD 1,400 Net pm

Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant experience

Responsibility:

Plan, organize, and manage all daily production activities for injection and blow molding operations.

Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, materials, and manpower to meet production targets efficiently.

Monitor product quality at every stage of production and implement process improvements to minimize downtime and wastage.

Supervise the production of blow-molded products (cosmetic containers, jerrycans up to 25 liters) and injection-molded household items, ensuring consistency, precision, and adherence to quality standards.

Provide technical guidance on operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of Blow Molding Machines (Tongda, CMP) and Injection Molding Machines (Ferromatic, Jonwai).

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production flow.

Lead, train, mentor, and motivate production staff to improve skills, efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Prepare production reports, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions for any deviations.

Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company policies at all times.
