Plant Head (Site Head) - Refinery Plant

Experience : 18 - 22 Years

CTC : 18 - 25 LPA

Qualification : B. Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering (Full Time)

Key Skills : The Candidate shall be overall responsible of running the Vedantas Bauxite refinery Plant at Lanjigarh (Both Red and White Area)

Should oversee the operations process of Bauxite refinery Plant

Should oversee the maintenances of overall plant.

Plan & Schedule shut down maintenance of the plant

All the department heads will report to this position

The candidate must have a techno commercial mind set and experience

Should be confident enough to handle the Labour unrest / grievances situations.

Candidates having experience in running the refinery or chemical or Fertilizer plant or Cement plant or managing the maintenance and operations of Blast Furnace would be the ideal fit match for this profile.

Candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.

Must have handled a Team size, more than 80 people excluding contractual employees

Must be aware of all the compliance and audit process.

Should be able to manage client in terms of release of payment from time to time.

Negotiate with the clients for new job/project.

Should have a good knowledge of Asset Management of plant.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidates should be able to Speak Oriya Language

2. Should possess Good Leadership Skills.

The candidate shall be placed at the client site at Lanjigarh, Odisha but would be on role of Vaaman Engineer (I) Ltd.
