Senior Manager - Human Capital Management (HCM)

Experience: 10 -15 Years 

Key Skills: Manage the complete employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit.

Develop and implement effective workforce planning and talent management strategies.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

Drive initiatives for employee engagement and organizational development.

Work closely with leadership to refine HR policies and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

10-15 years of HR experience with expertise in workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance.

Preferably from the Food Processing Industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Vadodara

Industry Preference: Food Processing
