Unit Head - Operations

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Qualifications : BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Key Skill : Experience in Chemical / Agrochemical / Specialty Chemical industries

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.

Drive compliance with all statutory regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety norms.

Oversee cross-functional teams – Production, QA/QC, EHS,

Maintenance, HR, and Supply Chain.

Implement best practices in process safety, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.

Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

Ensure readiness for customer audits, regulatory inspections, and internal quality reviews.

Build a strong leadership pipeline by training, motivating, and mentoring team members.

Collaborate with corporate management on strategic planning, expansion, and business growth initiatives.

Develop strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders for smooth operations.

Strong knowledge of EHS, process safety management, and statutory compliance in chemical plants.

Proven ability to manage large-scale manufacturing operations and deliver business results.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning, and operational reporting.
