Manager- Safety (Corporate Safety Head)

Experience: 12- 16 Years

Qualifications: BE/Diploma (Mech/Electrical) + PDIS/ADIS (Mandatory)

Key Skills: Lead organization-wide safety initiatives and dashboard (leading & lagging indicators)

Design & implement Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) program

Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations with RCA

Ensure legal & statutory compliance across all sites

Drive safety audits and implementation of ISO 45001 / DuPont Systems / TPM

Lead safety campaigns, training & team engagement programs

This is a strategic role focused on creating and sustaining a Zero Injury Environment and strong safety culture across operations.

Certifications: IOSH / NEBOSH (Preferred)

Experience: 12- 16 + years of leading safety functions in large corporates with multi-location exposure

Strong grasp of safety management systems, audits, compliance, and HSE-SD principles

Industry: Engineering | Metal (Ferrous/Non-Ferrous) | Refinery

Location: Mumbai (Preferred) or open to candidates willing to relocate
