Operations Manager – Logistics 

Experience: Min 7 Years 

Salary: As per industry standards

Key Skills: Manage day-to-day operations of the logistics hub in Chakan, including inbound (first mile) and outbound (last mile) activities.

Lead and supervise a team of delivery executives, sorting staff, and transport coordinators.

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments, maintaining TAT and service quality.

Monitor and optimize vehicle routing, load planning, and delivery scheduling.

Coordinate with transport vendors, courier partners, and clients for smooth operations.

Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and training of operations staff.

Maintain MIS reports, shipment tracking, and hub performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory guidelines.
Resolve delivery issues, exceptions, and customer escalations promptly.

Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency and cost control.
Requirements:

Graduate or above (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management).

4+ years of experience in logistics operations, hub management, or transportation handling.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Familiarity with first mile & last mile logistics processes.

Good knowledge of local geography and transport routes in Pune/Chakan region.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in Excel and logistics management systems.

Mandatory : First Mile & Last Mile experience
