Sr. Officer/Officer (Marketing- Technical Services) (For MP and UP only)

Job Decsription

1. handling customer complaints, kinds of assistance to customer and being close to the customer

2. identify proactive steps for removal of complaints

3. Provide technical interface with plant operation.

4. Conceptualization and development of material.

5. To monitor various activities for spreading products.

6. To conduct engineers/architect and contractors meet.

8. To conduct customer training.

Qualification: BE/Diploma  in Civil

CTC: 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA

Experiences: Candidate should be BE in Civil from reputed institute with 5-7 years if experiences in customer technical services preferably from cement industry.
