Senior HR Manager 

Experience: 10 Years and 

Qualification : MBA  

Skill Required: 
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires. 

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to IT adm ITES services. 

Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and SOPs for the organization. 

Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans for talent acquisition and retention. 

Conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching, training programs to enhance employee skills. 

Statutory compliance, Calculating Gratuity, PF, ESIC, attendance management, leave management, payroll, and labor law. 

Location ; Bhubaneswar
