Responsibilities:
⦁ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
⦁ Lead and mentor a team of HR staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and professional development.
⦁ Oversee floor management activities, ensuring a conducive and productive work environment for all employees.
⦁ Handle day-to-day HR operations, including attendance management, leave administration, and maintaining employee records.
