Plant Head / Site Head

Experience : Min 18 Years

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech Mechanical (Full-Time)

Key Skills: Complete responsibility for managing the Vedanta Bauxite Refinery Plant (Red & White Areas)

Oversee end-to-end plant operations and mechanical maintenance activities

Plan and execute scheduled plant shutdown maintenance

Supervise all departments — department heads will report directly to this role

Handle labour unrest/grievances confidently and lawfully

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and audit procedures

Lead negotiations with clients for new work scopes or projects

Monitor and ensure timely payment release from clients

Asset management and optimization of plant equipment and machinery

Maintain a techno-commercial approach for business efficiency

Experience: 18+ years in Mechanical Maintenance

Industry Background: Experience in Refinery / Chemical / Fertilizer / Cement / Blast Furnace operations or maintenance is highly preferred

Proven experience managing a team of 80+ employees (excluding contractors)

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Fluent in Oriya language

Deep understanding of asset management and compliance requirements

Location: Lanjigarh, Odisha
