Experience: 8–12 Years

CTC: 8–10 LPA

Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Mechanical

Key Skill: Customer Quality, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, PPAP, IATF 16949, Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), ERP, KANBAN

Responsibility: Handle customer quality issues, lead root cause analysis, drive CAPA, manage PPAP & documentation, monitor KPIs, analyze warranty claims, and coordinate with plant & warehouse
