Experience: 20 - 25 Years

Qualifications: Graduation, Post Graduation/Masters.

Degree: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering,

Advanced Degrees: Advanced degrees such as a Masters or MBA are advantageous for strategic leadership roles.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the steel industry.

Experience: Minimum 20 to 25 years of Manufacturing Industry experience (Heading Operations of the units of Blast furnace, Sinter Plant & Coke Oven) & including 10 years in a similar role.

4. Conflict Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide overall direction, control & management of all activities within the manufacturing & operation of units.

Developing manufacturing & operational strategic plans & overseeing its implementation to ensure maximum capacity utilization of the unit.

Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning

Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
