Head of HR 

Experience: 18 - 20 years 
 

Location: Hyderabad 
 

Notice Period: Immediate 
 

Role Overview: 
 

The Head of HR will manage all HR functions, including hiring, payroll, policies, employee engagement, and compliance to support a positive work environment. 
 

Responsibilities: HR Strategy: Set HR goals aligned with company needs. Payroll & Compliance: Oversee payroll and ensure legal requirements are met. 
 

Employee Engagement: Create a positive work culture and plan team events. Hiring & Onboarding: Manage recruitment and onboarding.
 

Performance & Development: Support employee growth and performance. 
 

Budget Management: Handle the HR budget. 
 

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns. 
 

Exit Process: 
 

Oversee offboarding and exit interviews.
