Key Skill: Service Desk Management, Remote IT Support, Windows, MS 365, Active Directory, Networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN), Endpoint Troubleshooting, SLA/KPI Management, Team Leadership, SOP Creation

Responsibility: Lead remote IT support team, manage service desk operations, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, handle user escalations, coordinate with onsite teams/vendors, monitor shift operations, and improve support processes through SOPs and documentation
