Engineer – Civil / Geotechnical

Experience: 7–10 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering)

Key Skill : Conduct geotechnical investigations, including soil sampling, borehole drilling, and laboratory testing.

Analyze soil and rock properties to determine suitability for foundations, slopes, retaining walls, tunnels, and earthworks.

Design foundations (shallow, deep, pile, raft), ground improvement techniques, and slope stabilization measures.

Collaborate with civil and structural engineers to integrate geotechnical solutions into overall project designs.

Prepare geotechnical reports, design calculations, and construction drawings.

Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to geotechnical design specifications.

Perform risk assessments for geotechnical hazards such as liquefaction, landslides, or settlement.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to provide technical support during design and construction.

Ensure compliance with local codes, environmental standards, and safety regulations.

Utilize software such as PLAXIS, GeoStudio, STAAD, AutoCAD, and MS Project for analysis and reporting.

Experience, out of which 2–4 years should be in Underground Metro projects.

Instrumentation experience preferred
