Experience: 7–10 Years

Qualification: Masters in HR / MSW + LLB

Key Skills: Field Force HR, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Labour Law Compliance, Stakeholder Management, Grievance Handling

Responsibility: Drive HR & ER strategies, resolve field grievances, manage disciplinary actions, ensure statutory compliance, oversee contract labour & liaise with authorities.
