Hiring for Production Manager (Food Industry)
location: Saudi Arabia
The production manager develops and follows up the production plan, supervises production operations, and submits reports to the factory manager.

It performs the following tasks:
1- Participate in developing the annual production plan.
2- Converting the annual production plan into an applicable daily production plan.
3- Estimating the production plan’s need for primary packaging materials and sending them to the supply chain management.
4- Follow up production operations daily and write reports showing the actual achievement compared to the target
the plan
5- Solve problems that may face the production process.
6- Review and follow up on the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan.
7- Review and follow up on the implementation of the calibration plan for devices and machines.
8- Review support for implementing health and safety procedures.
9- Review and support the implementation of quality procedures.
10 Production area and warehouses and work to maintain the level of cleanliness
11 - Issuing production orders according to the approved production plan
12 - Review the operating documents, approve them, and send them to the Quality Department for review.
13 - Follow up on preserving reference samples of raw materials and final products.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Related
• Experience Years 10-15 years in food industry
(experience in the position of production manager for 5 To 6 years)
• Advanced in English
