Production Supervisor

Experience : Min 5 Years

CTC : 50k - 80k Per Month

Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Printing and Packaging Preferred

Key Skill : Candidate should have good knowledge of Rigid box, Mono carton and corrugated box production process.

Good knowledge of overall Printing Production process like prepress, postpress and print production etc. and well known of all printing production process.

Guide highly enthusiastic young team towards target oriented execution and overcome production challenges

Capacity planning of all machinery and planning to utilise them on full efficiency

Optimise production planning to ensure high efficiency utilisation of all resources

Responsible for schedule adherence of product with right time

Responsible for Productivity & Process improvement

Responsible for production and in house quality of the Production area

Involved in the Material planning with reference to the Customers requirement

Follow-up with purchase and other team for in time material delivery.

Cordination with customers for requirements and resolve the customer query and Customer satisfaction by timely delivery of FG and with zero quality defect

Daily distribution of job plan as per requirement and manpower planning.

Material planning, Inventory control and management ,Control of all operation ,Supervision in production line & troubleshooting.

Note : This is production supervisor requirement not production manager.
