Qualification: Graduate + MBA HR / Masters Degree in HRD / Equivalent HR 

Key Skill: HR Operations, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Contract Management, Government Liaison

Responsibility: Lead HR and administration functions, manage IR, legal compliance, employee welfare, policy implementation, and plant-level HR governance.
