Assistant Manager – HR (Payroll & Generalist) / Senior Officer – HR

Experience : 4 - 7 Years

CTC : 6–7 LPA

Qualification: Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

Key Skills: Managing payroll software & ensuring statutory compliance

Overseeing onboarding processes & driving employee engagement

Handling HRIS management & reporting

Experienced HR professional with 4–7 years of hands-on expertise in payroll management and HR generalist responsibilities, ideally from the BFSI sector.

Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar)
