Manager / Sr. manager - Projects (Site Lead )

Experience: 12 - 15 Years

CTC : 20 - 30 LPA

Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical

Key Responsibilities: Oversee site and construction activity and drive the project, contractor and consultant. and other related agencies for execution.

Monitor projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, resource deployment, utilization, time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects.

Conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability of all project activities as well as the accurate and timely reporting of financial deliverable and obligations.

Identify, analyze, and mitigate all risks which could impact project deliveries within predetermined timeand cost.

Devise project plans encompassing technical, operational, and managerial aspects for successful implementation of projects.

Understanding and exposure of local laws and regulations in a project-based setup

Well-versed in Liasioning with Government, Statutory Authorities and local community

Good Verbal & Written communication skills, knowledge of local language is preferred.

Only from Solar , Wind or Hybrid Renewable Project Experience)

All the Lead Electrical / Mechanical and Civil will report to this role
