Job Description

Looking to hire AVP/VP - Business HR (Contact Centre with 13 yrs to 18 yrs of experience) for a large broking house in Mumbai. The incumbent should have current experience in managing Business HR for BPO/Contact Centre of large scale.(Experience in managing Contact centre in Financial service sector will be preferred)

This role will report to Head - Human Resources. CTC upto 50 lacs (Fix + Variable). Location Mumbai - Malad

Brief role expectations are as below:
1.Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the HR team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and support.
2.Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
3.Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
4.Collaborate with senior management to identify and address organizational development needs.
5.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
6.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
7.Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, such as HR system implementations or policy updates.
8.Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable work environment.
9.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging HR practices, and proactively recommend improvements to HR processes and policies.
