Dy. Manager/ Manager - Plant HR- (Green Field Project)

Experience : 8 - 12 Years

Qualification : MBA/ MSW / PG in Personal

Key Skill : Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and factory laws, as per corporate guidelines.

Ensure that all Plant HR activities, such as Liasioning, Compliance Management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Compensation Management and Administration.

Contractual labor hiring and management

Handle labor issues & Contract labor hirings.

Conduct regular audits of HR records to identify compliance issues.

Develop and implement best practices for HR compliance.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in HR regulations and laws and communicate any changes to relevant stakeholdrecor

Maintain all HR-related documentation and records Management)

Should have 8-12 years of experience in Plant HR, Recruitments, IR and Administration, all Compliances in a manufacturing environment.

Good experience in liaisoning with Govt and other agencies.

Strong knowledge of local, state, and HR regulations and laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
