Store In-charge

 

Experience : 5 - 10 Years
 

Key Skill : Experience in managing Store, leadership and handling team.
 

Working experience in MM & SD Modules of SAP(ERP).
 

Job Description:
 

1) Monitor inventory levels (Fast Moving/Slow Moving/Non Moving), maintain MSL and raise Purchase requisition for new items as needed and get approved from technical head.
 

2) Prepare detailed reports on all transactions (Inward and Outward) and present these reports to company leadership.
 

3) Close coordination with Internal and external customers to understand their requirement and to get it delivered on time. 
 

4) Contractor (OF Cable laying vendor) bill processing with reference to gate pass & also instrument repairing bill processing with concerns approval then send to Finance team.
 

5) Monthly/Quarterly Self Audit & reconciliation of inventory with book stock. 
 

6) Efficiently managing internal and external Audits.
 

7) Source, hire, train, and oversee new staff, leading by example and ensuring efficiency in the training process .
