Position: Accounts & Finance Executive – Export/Domestic Accounting

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹7 LPA

Qualification: CA Inter

Key Skills:

Knowledge of all types of debit notes and credit notes related to export debtors, including rebates and rework.

Preparation of debtors and creditors ageing reports.

Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Exchange gain/loss calculation for quarterly financial reporting.

Provision entries for export and domestic freight.

Inter-unit and inter-company reconciliation.

Export payment receipt entries and coordination with the Export Department.

Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of loan and Overdraft (OD) accounts.

Payment and receipt voucher entries, including foreign remittances.

Preference for candidates with manufacturing industry experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle export and domestic accounting transactions accurately.

Prepare and maintain debit notes, credit notes, and debtor/creditor ageing reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.

Calculate foreign exchange gains/losses for quarterly financial statements.

Pass freight provision entries and ensure accurate accounting.

Perform inter-unit, inter-company, bank, loan, and OD account reconciliations.

Record export payment receipts and coordinate with the Export Department for payment follow-ups.

Process payment and receipt vouchers, including foreign remittance transactions.

Ensure accurate financial records and timely completion of accounting activities.
