Responsibility: Independently Handle Plant HR Functions, Manage IR & Labour Law Compliance, Oversee Statutory Compliance & Administration, Drive Learning & Development Initiatives, Manage HR Data & Reports, Ensure QMS/EHS/POSH Compliance, Support ISO Audits, Implement 5S & Kaizen Activities, Coordinate FRRO & Visa Renewal Processes

Others: Automotive / Manufacturing Industry Experience Mandatory | Current Designation Must Be Manager | Experience with Japanese Company Preferred | Candidate Must Be from Gujarat | Stable Career History Required | 3-Year Company Bond
