Administration Manager
 

Experience: 5 - 10 Years
 

Location: Corporate Office, Gurgaon
 

Roles & Responsibilities:
 

To support company operations by providing Administrative support, maintaining office systems and providing assistance to the wider Group in key areas. Management of office Equipments.
 

Streamline processes, ensuring the team works as efficiently as possible.
 

Collate correspondence (e-mail, telephone and written) from internal and external sources.
 

Maintain office administrative staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
 

Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
 

Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working Environment.
 

Responsible for bills payment, courier docket numbers and checking the tracker. Managing office stocks.
 

Arrangement of PoD, DC and Eway bills and record.
 

Arranging the packaging material.
 

Invoice record maintained for hardware inward.
 

Coordination between vendors and official staff.
 

Take care of all stationary and grocery items, Office maintenance like housekeeping, canteen hygiene.
 

Strategically planning, managing logistics, warehouse and taking care of customer services.
 

Direction and optimization and coordination of full order cycle.
 

Keeping the track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
 

Arranging of warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments.
 

Resolving of arising problems or complaints.
 

Supervising, coaching and training warehouse workforce.
