General Manager – Industrial Relations (Head Office Role)

Experience: Min 20 Years

CTC : Up to ₹70 LPA

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferred in HR / IR / Labour Relations)

Key Skills: Industrial Relations strategy, long-term settlement, union liaison, grievance handling, compliance, labour laws, negotiation, and IR risk mitigation.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement IR strategies to maintain harmonious relationships across all project locations.

Handle long-term settlements and liaison with unions.

Resolve labour disputes and grievances, ensuring compliance with statutory laws.

Negotiate and close collective agreements in coordination with local HR/IR teams.

Engage regularly with employees and union representatives to identify and address potential issues.

Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all settlements and agreements are compliant.

Establish and maintain IR compliance frameworks, SOPs, and policies.

Manage disciplinary actions fairly and effectively while preventing recurrence of issues.
