Responsibility: Lead end-to-end HR operations across the state, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices to drive business performance and employee satisfaction.

Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning across multiple sites.

Oversee employee engagement initiatives, performance management systems, training, and development programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, advising on HR issues and aligning HR strategy with business goals.

Lead change management initiatives, organizational development, and culture-building activities.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.

Supervise HR teams across remote and plant-based locations, ensuring consistent HR practices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, unions, and management
