Vice President– HR & Admin

Experience: 25 - 30 Years

Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement HR & Admin policies, SOPs, and governance systems across the group 

Lead Talent Acquisition, PMS, L&D, OD, and Culture Building initiatives 

Ensure statutory compliance, labour law adherence, IR, and HR best practices 

Drive HR digital transformation, admin efficiency, and employee engagement 

Align HR & Admin strategy with multi-sector expansion 

Act as a strategic advisor to the Promoter & Leadership on people, policy, and organizational matters 

Ideal Candidate Profile:  25+ years of progressive HR & Admin leadership experience 

Prior role as Group HR/Admin Head or VP – HR & Admin in mid-large enterprises 

MBA/PGDM from XLRI, TISS, IIMs, SCMHRD, MDI, NMIMS (preferred) 

Strong knowledge of IR, Compliance, HR Audits, and General Administration 

Industry exposure in Oil & Gas, Energy, CGD, EPC, or Electricals preferred
