Sr. HR Manager- (HR Head / CHRO)

Experience: Min 8 Years

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR

Key Skills : Should have Min 8 years experience as HR including at least 5 years in EPC/infrastructure projects

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning.

HR Operations & Compliance,  Policy Development & Culture.

Vendor & Contractor Management

Proven track record in multi-location workforce management, labor law compliance, and contract staffing

Hands-on knowledge of HRMS/ERP, Excel, labor laws, and audit processes

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
