JOB EXCHANGE was started in July 2018 with a small Whatsapp group between known friend circles to share job information related to cement plants among them.

Slowly the requests kept coming to add members from other cement plants and people kept joining and the JOB EXCHANGE kept growing. Today we have more than 35 groups available connecting more than 15000 members from different cement plants of India as well as Abroad.

In our network we are connected with cement plant professionals from junior level to middle and top level management including Functional HOD, HR Head, Operation Head, Technical Head, Maintenance Head as well as Unit Heads from PAN India and Abroad.
