AM / DM- HR

Experience : 6 - 12 Years

Qualification: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Key Skills :  Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management

Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Statutory, Admin, Payroll , data analytics. 

Team Handling is must- Talent Acquisition, PMS, Trainings

Experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, performance management tools)
