Sr. Utility Manager – Denim Plant

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

Key Skill : Oversee the operation and maintenance of all utility systems including steam boilers, compressors, chilling plants, cooling towers, and RO/DM water systems.

Lead the utility team to ensure energy-efficient and cost-effective plant operations.

Monitor utility equipment performance and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and statutory regulations.

Liaise with production and engineering teams to optimize energy usage and reduce downtime.

Prepare utility consumption reports and recommend efficiency improvements.

Manage contractors and vendors for utility-related equipment and services.

Minimum 8 - 10 Years of experience in utility management, preferably in a textile or denim manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Familiarity with energy management systems and industry best practices.
