Experience: 15 – 20 Years

CTC: ₹75.00 LPA

Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil / Environmental / Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.

Oversee construction, installation, and commissioning of waste management facilities.

Ensure strict compliance with environmental, safety, and statutory regulations.

Manage vendors, contracts, and negotiations, driving cost optimization.

Implement governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and monitoring tools.

Collaborate with government authorities, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Drive adoption of new technologies and process improvements in waste management.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.

Deliver regular reports and dashboards to senior management.

Required Experience & Skills

15–20 years of overall experience in project management, with 7–10 years in leadership roles.

Strong expertise in waste management, environmental engineering, or large infrastructure projects.

Proven track record in large-scale, multi-location project execution.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
