Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure all electrical systems and equipment are maintained and perform optimally.
Troubleshoot electrical issues in both existing systems and new installations.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes and standards.
Promote and enforce safety protocols and regulations to minimize workplace risks and accidents.
Conduct safety audits and inspections of electrical systems.
Develop and manage the departments budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions for electrical operations.
Approve procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and services.
Maintain accurate records of electrical system designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Prepare reports on electrical projects, system performance, and safety audits for senior management.
Stay current on industry trends and technological advancements in electrical engineering.
Recommend and implement improvements to optimize electrical systems, enhance energy efficiency, and reduce operational costs
Least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Extensively experience with electrical systems, project management, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of electrical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in budgeting and cost management.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
